To do this though, do you have to select each individual frame and change the stroke manually for each one?

Once you’ve chosen the type of Stroke you want to add, instead of clicking OK click New Style and it’ll save those settings under the Styles section (right hand side next to the Adjustments tab). Then you can just click that instead of doing it manually. Just make sure that the first frame is selected and it will apply the settings to the rest

hello :) I see that all your gifs are very good. I was wondering how you get text on them though? I know everything except how to get the black stroke (the black line that is outlining the words.) If it is not too much trouble do you think you could explain?

Right click on the text layer and select Blending Options, then click Stroke and choose your line thickness/colour etc and apply
